Add examples of using the stackql-assert GitHub Actions Workflow (see stackql-assert in the GitHub Actions Marketplace)

Example(s)
stackql-assert can be used to run validations against IaC operations (including Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK, etc). Tests can also include cloud security posture management tests (such as identifying misconfigurations at runtime). We are looking for some cool examples using one or more supported cloud, SaaS or IdP providers (possibly using Terraform modules for deployment).
