TreeDef CreatedByAgent is unset #8688

Describe the bug

The createdByAgent field is null on 'Table'TreeDef records. This is true for all TreeDefs, including

• TaxonTreeDefs added to an existing discipline
• TaxonTreeDefs and GeographyTreeDefs created along with a new discipline
• StorageTreeDefs created pre and post guided setup

(same goes for paleo trees: geologictimeperiodtreedef, lithostrattreedef, and tectonicunittreedef)

Expected behavior
Created by Agent should be recorded
