Add Precision Date field to LoanReturnPreparation #8686

Collections staff don't always have the exact date that a loaned specimen was returned. This is especially true with initial digitization of loan records or when converting data from another CMS.

When only a month and/or year is discernible for the return date, they must enter a day, month, and year in the only date field on the loanReturnPreparation table.

Add a precision date field to the loanReturnPreparation

Describe alternatives you've considered

Using a field to note if the date is partial is not nearly as concise or convenient.

Trying to add precision plugin to a calendar type field does not work on the forms in practice.

Being on the LoanReturnPreparation record level is necessary for this data field, but there aren't precision date fields on the Loan Preparation or Loan tables that could supplement regardless of that.
