Able To Delete Database being used by Instance #98

If you have the Database page open in a tab prior to assigning a database to an instance in the Test Panel. The Delete Button remains accessible and it's possible to delete said database which results in the instance entering a perpetual Starting State

Note: The video is not frozen in the middle. I'm just waiting for it to start.

After refreshing the test panel. The database field slot is just empty
