Why
Run the existing GitHub Actions CI workflow as native Buildkite jobs without maintaining a second CI definition.
What
Add a
buildkite-ghaimporter pipeline that preserves the workflow's six Ruby 3.1–3.3 × Ubuntu/macOS jobs. A local setup action supplies runner capabilities missing from either hosted image while keeping the workflow portable across GitHub Actions and Buildkite. The importer follows the plugin's latest stable buildkite-gha release and default runner-user behavior.
