Builds of AVR GNU Toolchain will be uploaded to the GitHub Releases page.
The releases are versioned after the included AVR GCC's version number plus the toolchain's build number. For example, a third build of the toolchain with AVR GCC 13.2.0 would have the version number 13.2.0-3.
