commercial-modules.mdxlisted Debian 11 (bullseye) among the platforms thepackages are built for. The public package build matrix in
signalwire/freeswitch(.github/workflows/build.yml) targets onlybookwormand
trixie, so bullseye is not built.Drops it from the list, and adds a line that we follow Debian's release cycle
and stop building for a release once it reaches end of life — so the list has a
stated reason to change rather than going stale again.
