feat(mcp): add MCP Registry listing support

Summary

• Replace hardcoded 0.1.0-poc MCP server version with cmd.Version (ldflags-injected at build time)
• Update MCP server name to dev.codepathfinder/pathfinder in initialize response to match registry namespace
• Add server.json for MCP Registry publication (PyPI + Docker packages, stdio transport, packageArguments)
• Add MCP verification markers: <!-- mcp-name --> in python-sdk/README.md and LABEL in Dockerfile
• Bump version to 1.3.7 across VERSION, pyproject.toml, server.json

Context

Lists Code Pathfinder's MCP server on the MCP Registry for discoverability by Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf, and other MCP hosts. DNS authentication with codepathfinder.dev is already validated — first publish will follow after PyPI release.

• gradle lintGo — 0 issues
• gradle testGo — all pass
• gradle buildGo — builds successfully
• mcp-publisher validate — server.json is valid
• mcp-publisher login dns — DNS auth verified against live TXT record
• Publish to MCP Registry after PyPI release with updated README
