automated&online tex and pdf creation #20
Description
We should try to find a nice solution to generate the files automatically on a server.
perfect solution would feature:
- front end website so people trigger generation and download current files
- cron jobs to trigger generation in certain intervals (every night?)

With 4368fba I can regularly upload the current PDF version to my own server. You can find the current PDF and tex-files at https://homepages.physik.uni-muenchen.de/~Stephan.Kulla/mfnf-pdf-export/

mediawiki-compatible log in separate file (#20)

Maybe we could have a wiki page where the last build log is uploaded, so authors can see wether there are errors or unparsable elements in their articles they might want to change. This is why 75ddca3 uses mediawiki syntax.

This is not yet complete, I think. We may still want on-demand generation on smaller books by the authors...
