Add a generic IFDS solver based on the DFI paper (Hsu et al., CGO'23) with an interval reachability index (IntervalReachability.h) and CSR graphs (CsrGraph.h). Make Pearce's SCC algorithm reusable via visitSCCsFrom(). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Add a new IFDS data-flow solver based on DFS-intervals, freely adapted from "DFI: An Interprocedural Value-Flow Analysis Framework that Scales to Large Codebases" by Hsu, Hetzelt, and Franz (https://doi.org/10.48550/arXiv.2209.02638).
On a small benchmark its performance is between
MonoIFDSSolverandIterativeIDESolver.
