[Feature]: Automations with essentials QS tiles

Problem Statement

I wanted to disable notification lighting on specific times of the day but it seems like toggling that in the DIY tab is not possible

Proposed Solution

Add all the essentials QS tiles as automation actions

Alternatives Considered

I could just disable notification light manually but that is not practical at all

Priority

Low - Nice to have
