Needs to be merged after we actually rename the guide.
Have used this to rename:
git grep -l 'rustc-guide' | xargs sed -i 's/rustc-guide/rustc-dev-guide/g'git grep -l 'rustc guide' | xargs sed -i 's/rustc guide/rustc dev guide/g'
