@apiraino that doesn't seem to be the case. A quick search pulls up these recent PRs:

• Arbitrary self types v2: unstable doc updates. #134525
• document -Zrandomize-layout in the unstable book #133777
• unstable-book: trait_upcasting example should not have #![allow(incomplete_features)] #130370

This is the unstable book, which is completely unrelated (AIUI) to The Book.

@apiraino I believe that usually the team that the feature's impl is primarily concerned with will review the feature's unstable book PRs. In this case, compiler.
