internal error "imports and matches don't agree" on multiple glob-import when at least one source is from a different crate

For example:
use std;
import std::vec::;
import alternate_supplier::;

mod alternate_supplier {
      fn swap() {}
}

fn main() { swap() }

The internal error occurs when trying to generate an error message indicating that swap is doubly-imported. The problem is that, as std::vec::swap is from an external crate, it wasn't put in ast_map in resolve.rs.
