glue_free crash #1899

Description

@jruderman

This crashes in glue_free:

fn main()
{
    let _b = [bind (fn~() { })()];
}

If I use fn@ instead of fn~, or if I add a bound argument, I get different crashes.

    Now I get "cannot bind fn~ closures". (Why can't I?)

    So I guess it's fixed?

    I made it so that you cannot bind fn~ closures, but you are correct---you should be able to. I wanted to prevent binding of fn& closures (which is disallowed) but fn~ ought to be ok. So I will make that work and then investigate this bug.
