RTEMS: dirfd is not declared #5655
Description
std calls libc::dirfd on RTEMS since rust-lang/rust#163701, but libc does not declare it for target_os = "rtems", so std no longer builds for armv7-rtems-eabihf (see also rust-lang/rust#164719). RTEMS has it: dirent.h#L48.

For RTEMS, dirfd exists in the RTEMS header, but this repository does not declare it under the target_os = "rtems" configuration. Therefore compilation fails with an error like:
