No Docker images for Rust 1.98.1

Rust 1.98.1 has been released on 2026-09-03, which seems to contain important bugfix:

As of now, no Docker imageös for Rust 1.98.1 are available. The last update of the Rust Docker image was more than a week ago.

Can the Docker image please be updated, or is there a specific reason the Docker image remains at version 1.98.0?

It looks like the Bullseye build is failing due to missing packages. #286 should theoretically resolve this, then.
