Found by the docs anchor check on a Connect docs build from the v4.113.0 docs asset.

• retry processor: <<backoffmax_elapsed_time>> targets an ID that doesn't exist; the backoff.max_elapsed_time field renders as backoff-max_elapsed_time.
• bloblang processor: xref:guides:bloblang/about#error-handling.adoc had the .adoc after the fragment, so the link pointed at an #error-handling.adoc anchor. It's now about.adoc#error-handling.

Two one-line doc fixes in component descriptions: the retry processor link now uses the backoff-max_elapsed_time anchor, and the Bloblang error-handling link now puts .adoc before the #error-handling fragment. Both corrected links are well formed and nothing else changes.
