[Fix] oclite uses mock LiteApp instead of real App with SDK integration #141

Problem

oclite currently renders LiteApp which is a mock component that just echoes input.

Current behavior:

You: hello
Assistant: I received "hello"

This is NOT connected to the actual LLM backend.

Root Cause

index.tsx was changed to render LiteApp instead of the real App component:

import LiteApp from "./LiteApp"
render(<LiteApp />)

Fix

Change back to use the real App component:

import App from "./App"
render(<App />)

The real App.tsx has:

• Session initialization
• SDK event integration via useSDKEvents
• Proper message handling
