Move the ExecuTorch pin to 1.6.0.dev20261008, the newest nightly wheel on the index, with the source commit read from that wheel. Produced by .github/scripts/update_executorch_pin.py --track nightly and the workflow uv lock step. The scheduled bump proposes 1.6.0.dev20261007, which is cut before pytorch/executorch#23547. Without that change, executorch-runtime-test fails at load_model_device_resident.py with "Allocation not found", so the job never reaches the C++ delegate tests. The 1.6.0.dev20261008 wheel contains it.

Move the ExecuTorch pin to
1.6.0.dev20261008, the newest nightly wheel on the index, with the source commit read from that wheel (e132612f3bf9d5c5b7c9012a398851aa9c3fee27). This is the output of.github/scripts/update_executorch_pin.py --track nightlyfollowed by the workflow'suv lock --refresh --prerelease=allow, as the scheduled job would produce. Why now
The scheduled bump (#4803) proposes
1.6.0.dev20261007, which is cut before pytorch/executorch#23547. That change makes the Python bindings return device memory for the outputs of a method whose outputs are not memory planned. Without it,executorch-runtime-testfails atload_model_device_resident.pywithAllocation not foundincopy_device_to_device, on main and on every open pull request, so the job never reaches the C++ delegate tests. The1.6.0.dev20261008wheel is cut from pytorch/executorch main two commits after #23547 and contains it.Test plan
The pin consistency checks and the ExecuTorch delegate build and test lane run on this pull request.
