Wrong installation place for ropevim.vim

ropevim.vim shouldn’t be installed into .egg directory but to the appropriate vim plugin/ dir (e.g., ~/.vim/plugin/ropevim.vim or /usr/share/vim/vimfiles/plugin/ropevim.vim)
