Issue

Detail pages use inconsistent tables, filters and pagination.
Switching tabs can shift the page, and contract schemas are clipped.

Things done

• Reuse DataList across detail pages and remove legacy table styles.
• Align tabs and counters with the shared design.
• Add Scroll / Pages controls to contract and identity lists and quorum members.
• Move supported filters into column headers.
• Improve schema scrolling, readability and copying.
• Preserve scroll position when switching tabs without a permanent panel height.
• Pin the existing transitive Yarn core dependency to 4.9.1 to fix clean npm installs.
