This is a nice observation. It may be!
The assembler refers to the implementation of the disassembler at:
https://github.com/chip-red-pill/uCodeDisasm/blob/5b2b1f12467aed16dc4a0096b2765cef014271b0/glm_ucode_disasm/glm_ucode_disasm.py#L643
To be sure it would be nice to dump the runtime value and check if they match
