Describe the solution you'd like
A facility to set a different background and font color for each connection. There would be a default scheme but the user should have the option to set a different scheme for a connection.

Describe alternatives you've considered
None

Additional context
Some connections are, for example, high risk production database. Setting a different color scheme than default for a connection provides a visual indication indicating to the developer to work with more care when doing updates/insert/delete.

Did you try to configure Connection Types for your "special" connection?

Or is the idea to make Editor Background configurable per-connection-type the same way how existing background Color configuration works?

Sure you can, see the square button with a plus symbol under the connection types list on the second secreenshot in my message.
Or better just read the documentation page i referenced, it is described there: Connection Types

Just be all aware that

1. Transferring colors between computers (export/import) is borked. I reported it in 2021 ago.. still not fixed: Export/Import environment colors #12922
2. Changing a server active for the editor no longer applies color changes to reflect the new server. It used to work. But it broke recently. I'm tired of reporting all these recurring issues
