In commit aac8701 some duplicate text has been added though this seems to have been on purpose. If you search for "prioritize" in the patch of the commit you will see that the sections "Prioritize using Queues" and "Prioritize Applications (Weighted) using Queues" are identical.
To me it makes more sense not to have duplicate content but rather to link to the place where the something has been documented already. But perhaps you guys have good reasons to do so regardless. I just created this issue to prompt for consideration on this.
