Reports in Course Dashboard: Add hover state to widget overflow (⋮) menu button #533
On the Instructor Dashboard's Reports > Course Dashboard tab, the overflow menu (⋮) button on each widget header (e.g. Course Information) has no hover state, so there's no visual cue that it's interactive until it's clicked.
Proposal: add a hover background to the ⋮ button so it's clearly indicated as interactive before the click.
Current behavior
Each dashboard widget (e.g. Course Information) has a ⋮ overflow menu button in its header.
Hovering over the button produces no visual change — no background, no state shift — even though the cursor becomes a pointer.
Expected behavior
On hover, the ⋮ button should show a filled circular background, as shown in the attached "new design" screenshot.
This should apply consistently to the overflow menu button across all dashboard widgets, not just Course Information
Scope
Small, low-risk, front-end only (CSS hover state on an existing button). No backend or data-model changes.
