Just an idea, but it'd be nice if npmx would highlight packages with 0 direct dependencies.
Maybe a nice green banner, to contrast with other warning banners.
Additional information
Would you be willing to help implement this feature?
Hi, I’d like to take this issue. But before implementation, I’d like to clarify the definition of “direct dependencies” to make sure the behavior matches expectations. Should “0 direct dependencies” mean:
Only dependencies are counted
dependencies + devDependencies are counted
All dependency fields declared in package.json are counted ? ( for example : dependencies、 devDependencies、peerDependencies ...)
Once clarified, I’ll proceed with the implementation. Thanks!

The intent is to show "this package will not balloon up the size of your node_modules", and also that 0 deps means reducing the risk of upcoming security issues.
I posted this in #2046, but I also think that it would be good to still show the "dependencies" section on the sidebar, even if it's empty.
It makes it so that I have to look in a single place to know what deps a package has, rather than looking in different places (sidebar vs banner) depending on whether the package has some or none.
We decided to not show a banner when a package has no dependencies, see this message here as to why - as for @nicolo-ribaudo's request for always showing the dependencies section, I've created #2168
