Default share persmissions headline not getting hidden

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Settings > Administration > Sharing
2. Disable "Allow apps to use the share API"

Expected behaviour

See all further options vanish

Actual behaviour

All options vanish, the headline "Default share permissions" stays.
