Seems like setup-zig is downloading Zig master instead of Zig 0.17.0, which makes the tests fail? |

This PR fixes building LuaJIT on FreeBSD. The issue was that the patched
lj_prng.cfile ended up not being added withaddCSourceFile(), so the build would fail at linkage.
