Review comments at @src/engraving/rendering/single/singlelayout.cpp:
- Line 879: Update the CHORDLINE path in SingleLayout::layout(ChordLine*) to
pass item->baseLength() to TLayout::layoutChordLinePath instead of
item->spatium(), preserving the chord-scaled rendering and grip offsets.
Review comments at @src/engraving/rw/read500/tread.cpp:
- Line 2619: Move the `compat::CompatUtils::readChordLinePath(l, e)` conversion
so it runs after all ChordLine properties, including `subtype`, have been read;
preserve the legacy points during property parsing and convert them only once
`defaultPoints()` can use the final subtype.

Convert legacy <Path> after reading subtype.
defaultPoints() depends on subtype, but readChordLinePath() converts the path before later ChordLine properties are read. If an accepted legacy file places <Path> before <subtype>, the stored grip offsets can describe a different shape and persist that change on save. straight does not affect defaultPoints().
The legacy writer emits <subtype> before <Path>, so this affects only files with a different accepted ordering. Preserve the legacy points and convert them after all ChordLine properties are read.

I think it might be worth making these generic and also using them in place of SLUR_UOFFx, as they're the same thing. If a property doesn't need to be explicitly for a certain type, we should avoid that. There would be a bit of compat hassle, but shouldn't be very difficult

We can remove these defaults, as EngravingObject should return the same for all P_TYPE::POINT properties

Same for y. We'll also need to convert this back to a double with .val() when returning the points. (We should really think about introducing a point holding Spatium values - I've felt the need for this elsewhere too)
Bit of a nitpick, but I really want to keep the difference between units of spatium and absolute renderer units clear as there have been a lot of bugs resulting from confusing these in the past.
Ports: #34787 (alternative fix)
Resolves: #34590
Manually edited
ChordLines were either missing entirely from a part or shown without the edit. That's because the user-edited shape was kept inChordLine::LayoutData::pathtogether with am_modifiedflag that told the layout not to regenerate it. Layout data isn't copied when cloning into parts, and property propagation didn't set the flag.This was patched in #34787 for 4.7, but this PR replaces that with an alternative, deeper fix:
Pid::CHORD_LINE_GRIP_OFFSET*. They're offsets from the default shape, in spatium units scaled by the chord's mag.m_modified,m_lengthXandm_lengthYare removed (the last two weren't actually used for anything, I think).<gripOffset*>instead of<Path>. Old files'<Path>is converted to grip offsets on read.
