Chord setting "Exclude from Vertical Alignment" is not persisted #35284

Description with steps to reproduce

Chord symbols have a setting "Exclude from Vertical Alignment". However, when saving the document this setting is not persisted. Therefore chords symbols might have shifted after reopening your document.

To Reproduce (see also movie)

1. Select chord symbol and switch on "Exclude from Vertical Alignment" (Chords might change position)
2. Save and close document
3. Reopen document
4. Chords are in different position than saved (not expected)
5. Select same chord and notice that "Exclude from Vertical Alignment" is switched off again (not expected)
