Description
Add Iris-3B to the LocalAI model gallery and update
stable-diffusion.cppto the merged commit that implements Iris inference.The gallery bundle downloads:
Iris generates directly in pixel space, so the configuration does not include a VAE. It uses the upstream recommended 100 steps and CFG scale 3, with diffusion flash attention enabled.

Notes for Reviewers
The combined download is about 13.5 GiB. A full generation test was not run because it requires downloading these weights and suitable GPU resources.
