Even though we are going to eventually going to switch to the new Glean telemetry framework, we should hook up the current framework to get the Event Ping - which includes Session telemetry.
This will be relevant as soon as we are sending the Reference Browser to a test audience. We will be able to keep an eye on usage and also some core metrics like device types.
