Personal Omarchy configs, skills, workspace layouts, and hardware fixes. Restore copies files and backs up existing destinations. Neovim is a separate clone.
git clone git@github.com:mohak34/dotfiles.git ~/dotfiles
cd ~/dotfiles
./scripts/setup-apps.shReview each confirmation. The script lists removals first, installs apps, restores user files, and applies the cursor settings. A failed step stops the chain.
To restore only configs and skills:
./scripts/restore-configs.sh --dry-run
./scripts/restore-configs.shExisting files go to ~/.config-backups/. Omarchy files absent from this repo remain in place. Log out and back in after restoring.
Restore the ATK receiver rule separately:
./scripts/restore-system-fixes.shThis requires sudo and matches receiver 373b:10c9. It gives the active desktop user access through udev's uaccess tag.
Restore your ASUS battery and keyboard preferences:
./scripts/asus-preset.shInstall the runtimes recorded in the mise config:
mise installClone Neovim directly, without initializing the dotfiles submodule:
git clone git@github.com:mohak34/nvim.git ~/.config/nvim
cp ~/dotfiles/system/nvim/supermaven.lua ~/.config/nvim/lua/custom/plugins/supermaven.luaThe second command restores the disabled Supermaven plugin. Do not clone over an existing Neovim directory.
stow-dotfiles.sh remains optional for homes without conflicting files. It skips Neovim and privileged system fixes.
See RESTORE.md for the saved fixes and skill sources. Push your local commits when you want GitHub to contain these backups.
