Installing Kani prints an ERROR even though it succeeds

I tried running on Ubuntu 20.04:

cargo install --locked kani-verifier
kani setup

with Kani version: 0.35.0

I expected to see this happen: Setup should succeed and no error be printed

Instead, this happened: During installation, the following error message is printed:

ERROR: launchpadlib 1.10.13 requires testresources, which is not installed.

however, Kani is successfully installed

This no longer applies: the pip step that printed this message was removed from kani setup in #3699 (Remove CBMC viewer and visualize option). As of Kani 0.68.0, src/setup.rs only downloads the bundle, installs the Rust toolchain and applies OS hacks, and nothing in setup calls pip any more. Closing; please reopen if you still see pip output during setup.
