Updating attributes

I'm by no means familiar with how to create sugars, but was wondering if this sugar could be updated with HTML5's more recent attributes? I've been using the data attribute a lot and I've noticed this sugar doesn't support it, as well as some others.

Hoping support for this is still going!

This sugar is pretty much abandonded, since I am not using Espresso anymore. Feel free to fork it and try to add the attributes. It helped me to peek into the bundled sugars to see how things are working. Although I think it would be ideal, if Macrabbit would add the updated attributes themselves since HTML5 is now officially supported by Espresso 2. You should definitely write them about it and maybe they will listen.
