I updated the Japanese translations.

I recreated the PR to exclude "README.ja.md". It is my fault that I forgot to write this to the description.

I made changes to these words in this PR:

• Directory: "ディレクトリー" ---> "ディレクトリ"
  • I removed excess long-sound symbols.
• Current directory: "作業ディレクトリ" ---> "現在のディレクトリ"
  • This was originally "カレント ディレクトリー".
• Original file name: "オリジナルのファイル名" ---> "元のファイル名"
• File type: "ファイル タイプ" ---> "ファイルの種類"
• Rename: "リネーム" ---> "名前の変更"
• Cancel: "ｷｬﾝｾﾙ" ---> "キャンセル"
  • I just changed the character width into full-width.
• Sort: "ソート" ---> "並び替え"
• Command prompt: "Cmd シェル" ---> "コマンド プロンプト"
• Notepad: "notepad.exe" ---> "メモ帳"
• Encrypted: "&Encrypted" ---> "暗号化(&E)"
• "ディレクトリーを読み込み中。お待ち下さい..." ---> "ディレクトリを読み込んでいます。しばらくお待ち下さい..."
  • I formatted the sentence into honorific style.
• Other small fixes.

(I, personally speaking, think some expressions and forms of this software (seldom using of honorific form) make this retro software "more like a 1990s thing", such as half-width katakana ｷｬﾝｾﾙ and less kanji to suit low-DPI screens, and reflect how computer concepts were translated at that time... I would like to keep it as-is, except for some new string such as "&Encrypted" ---> "暗号化(&E)"...)

To get out of this I suggest that

• Tokomio-Sun (@tokomio-sun) reviews this PR, and then we merge it.
• Afterwards Takym (たかやま) (@Takym) reviews Fix japanese dialog text for creating SymbolicLink, Hardlinks and Jun… #355 and then we merge that one
• We could fix the bJapan-issue mentioned in Symbolic Link, Hardlink and Junction creation is available via menu #352 in an extra PR afterwards

Thank you for the reply. I mechanically replaced all full-width katakanas with half-width katakanas. I will copy these files into this PR branch if this is no problem.

I would like to add an option to switch between half-width and full-width katakanas. May I add a new language (lang code: ja) for half-width katakana?

Sorry forgive me may lack japanese know-how with respect to half/full-width katakanas, but I think as first we should try to get this PR consistently through.
To do so we need the approval of all currently active Japanese speaking contributors: Tokomio-Sun (@tokomio-sun) , Chen (Kina) (@clzls) , Takym (たかやま) (@Takym)

If you ask me I would create a possible half-width katakana language in an extra PR and most likely after the planned release, but Craig Wittenberg (@craigwims) is the boss here :-)

I guess we may revert all changes about half-width katakanas, making this PR a "smaller but urgent" one...

Half-width katakanas and many other old-fashioned translations were here for historical reasons, so I would like to know Craig Wittenberg (@craigwims) and others' opinion in a more general way: are we going to preserve original old-fashioned translations as much as possible or to adopt modern ones whenever suitable?

To do so we need the approval of all currently active Japanese speaking contributors: ...

...I don't speak Japanese either, so I may just give some ideas and let them two to decide.

Primarily we should move winfile into the new world. Full width is one step.

but there is still some work to do, for example checking every button's width, since full-width version is (almost) 2x longer.

In the worst case it may be hard to maintain two flavours (half- or full-) elegantly using that code, because of different width between them (buttons either too big for half-width or not enough for full-width, or both)

The full-width "キャンセル" is fit to cancel buttons. I guess because winfile uses the proportional font MS UI Gothic.

I played a bit with indenting the text in the .rc file and if you take the .rc file from this commit 36128be then it works
