Steps To Reproduce

Provide a detailed list of steps that reproduce the issue.

  1. Add an onPress handler to a component that is selectable
  2. Attempt to invoke the onPress handler

Expected Results

As long as the text selection has not changed, the onPress handler should be invoked, just like the expected behavior for XAML hyperlink.
