Correct e2e test prompt interaction classifications

What does this PR do?

Corrects interaction classifications for Azure Compute, Event Grid, Monitor, Quota, Service Bus, SQL, SRE Agent, and Microsoft Foundry Extensions end-to-end test prompts.

Adds the missing <namespace> placeholder to the Azure Monitor metric definitions prompt. The Managed Lustre and SRE Agent investigation prompt text corrections identified by the issue were already present on main.
