Description

Publish the October 31, 2026, 20:00 America/Los_Angeles (November 1, 03:00 UTC) standup in reports/latest.html, keeping the self-contained design, latest-only convention and this same reusable explicit draft PR.

The 23:00–03:00 UTC window has one table per repository (microsoft/aspire, aspire.dev, aspire-skills). All states were read with the GitHub REST API between about 03:21 and 03:28 UTC.

2 aspire PRs merged, both approved and merged by danegsta: Reserve proxyless endpoint ports process-wide to avoid cross-app port collisions #21533 (01:13 UTC, closed [CI Failure] Flaky: DashboardUrlTests.GetDashboardUrlAsyncAuthenticatesDashboardBrowser expects HTTP Found but gets RedirectKeepVerb #20009) and Remap *.localhost host names in HostUrl for containers #21609 (02:43 UTC, closed Should HostUrl remap *.dev.localhost urls? #13130).
143 ready PRs in total: aspire 117, aspire.dev 16, aspire-skills 10.

Wait for an orphaned coordinated build before building again #21622 went from draft to ready and is green. Coordinate project builds when the IDE cannot launch projects (fix VS Code E2E tree-actions flake) #21624 is ready and green.
5 new draft flaky-test fixes:
Build the CLI before MCP initialization in McpDocsE2ETests #21450 is ready but has 4 failed outerloop checks from Oct 30 on its head. Earlier reports counted it as green using a different read.
Remove flaky Go goroutine-count test from GeneratedRuntime_PassesGoRuntimeHardeningTests #21474 still has changes requested. test: synchronize rejected-create cancellation with response observation #21417 and Fix prefetcher shutdown-cancellation test race on the outer token #21438 still conflict with main.
aspire.dev: [release/8.0-preview3] Add CTRL-C and working directory messages. #2003 and [WebToolsE2E][Aspire][Mac] Failed to launch the dashboard when Using VS Code to Debug Aspire App: 'Time out while waiting for the dashboard to be responsive'. #2007 got new commits (00:36 and 00:50 UTC) and are green. All 16 PRs are green with no reviews.
aspire-skills:
- Clicking on non-existent trace causes an exception #125's approval is on dd5a1540, but the head is 9fe6ff6b.
- Add IDistributedApplicationComponentWithConnectionString to app model #130 is a draft and still has changes requested.
- [WebToolsE2E][Aspire] Add aspire orchestrator support to Worker service project, it will pop an error dialog “Failed to insert code for project . ...... Microsoft.AspNetCore.Builder.WebApplication in the program main.“, but Aspire support have been added to the solution. #139's eval failed.
main ci.yml push runs over 24h: 1 succeeded, 8 failed, 5 cancelled, 1 running. The run on the Reserve proxyless endpoint ports process-wide to avoid cross-app port collisions #21533 merge failed.
Tracker CI flaky-test burndown: driving flaky tests to 0 (live metrics) #21600 (01:34 UTC):
- main first-attempt pass rate over 7d: 1.7% (1/59).
- PR first-attempt pass rate over 7d: 31.0%, up from 29.7%.
- Distinct flaky tests over 7d: 205. The rebuilt pipeline recounts the earlier figure as 204, not 218, so the comparable change is 204 → 205.
- Open ci-failure-cause issues: 169.
Triage: 14 stale ci-failure-cause issues got closure-recommendation evidence comments; none are closed yet.

Only reports/latest.html changes; no dependencies, workflows, settings or hosting. Exact published HTML source. This slot has three commits: eefc214; 2a8ebca, which corrects one sentence about the main run; and d275c7a, which corrects the read and publish times. The earlier heads' CI runs were cancelled by the newer pushes.

Source-only publication: branch source persistence, not merged main content, deployment or a hosted rendered page; GitHub Pages remains disabled. This PR stays draft even when green.

CI: at 03:31 UTC, CI run 41269515489 for this head was pending. Markdownlint, Verify Telemetry Hook Changes and the changelog gate were running, and Add Dogfooding Comment had succeeded. The final outcome is unknown at this read. The 16:00 head's CI run (41253975756) finished green.

Three captioned tables (9/2/4 rows) with column and row headers.
215 links; correct PDT/UTC times.
