Database patterns examples #1938

Developers would find a document that explained recommended patterns for working with databases in Aspire. Tasks like:

• Creating databases,
• Seeding DBs with data.
• Migrating schema changes.
• Deploying databases.

For each of these, there are multiple methods, such as:

• Use code in the AppHost
• Use code in an orchestrated app
• Use a script in a REPL prompt

Much of this is already documented, but often within the docs for specific integrations. The proposed database patterns document should be in Foundations/Model Your App/Data and Storage and describe each task and method. then link to locations where that combination is already described. Combinations that are not described elsewhere should include code samples.
