Fix Cryomagnetics TM620 bug preventing proper initialization

Summary of Changes

1. Added default terminator to Cryomagnetics TM620 driver to help avoid communication errors.
2. Added small sleep after setting operating mode during Cryomagnetics TM620 super init.
