In wt list --help, the captured wt list example tables word-wrapped at narrow terminals, shearing their columns apart and making the examples hard to read. This renders those captured-output blocks chopped to terminal width with a dimmed ellipsis — matching how real wt list truncates — while hand-authored command sessions (the jq examples, bash/sh blocks) keep word-wrapping so every token stays readable.

The gutter formatter gains a LineFit mode (Wrap/Chop) and a format_bash_with_gutter_chopped entry point, both built on the existing truncate_visible (ANSI- and width-aware, so no new dependency). The renderer gates chop on the <!-- wt list … --> marker, which already denotes captured wt list output in the doc-sync layer; everything else still wraps. The chopped ellipsis is re-dimmed to match the block and the redundant trailing reset is dropped.

Tested by inline Chop-vs-Wrap unit snapshots in format.rs and the help_list_narrow_80 integration snapshot (rendered at COLUMNS=80), which shows the three example tables chopping while the jq command blocks still wrap.

Captured `wt list` output in `--help` is a pre-formatted table; word-wrapping
it at a narrow terminal sheared the columns apart. Render those blocks chopped
to terminal width with an ellipsis instead — matching how real `wt list`
truncates — while hand-authored command sessions (the jq examples, bash/sh
blocks) keep wrapping so every token stays readable.

Adds a `LineFit` mode to the gutter formatter and a `format_bash_with_gutter_chopped`
entry point built on the existing `truncate_visible` (ANSI/width-aware, no new
dependency). The renderer gates chop on the `<!-- wt list … -->` marker, which
already denotes captured `wt list` output in the doc-sync layer.

docs(cli): sync step.md mirrors with --format inline possible-values

The generated `wt step` doc mirrors still rendered `--format` possible-values
as a bulleted list; #3108 switched to the terse inline `[possible values: …]`
form but left these two mirrors stale, failing test_docs_are_in_sync.

Release v0.60.0 (minor bump from 0.59.0).

Minor because semver-checks flagged a breaking library-API change and
five new features landed since v0.59.0. The data-loss surface review (4
independent finders) cleared the one change that touches it (relocating
dirty linked worktrees, #3104).

- **Tab-completion works in repos with no commits**: `wt switch <TAB>` and `wt remove <TAB>` returned nothing on a fresh `git init` repo, because the unborn default branch has no entry under `refs/heads/`. Completion now also draws on worktree branches, so the unborn `main` (and any `wt switch --create` branch on an empty repo) completes.
