Add Codex Reset plugin (AI)

Adds AI/codex-reset.10m.sh, a menu-bar plugin for people who use OpenAI Codex and keep hitting its usage limits.

OpenAI sometimes resets everyone's Codex usage limits early, and announces it informally on X. The plugin shows the current chance of one of those resets, from the free, keyless public API at codex-reset.com:

• Dependencies: curl only. JSON is read with macOS's built-in plutil, so there's no jq.
• No API key and no account. It sends an identifying User-Agent. The default 10-minute refresh is well within the API's polling guidance (≥60 s).
• Option: VAR_SHOW_48H shows the 48-hour chance in the menu bar.
• Failure handling: if the API is unreachable, the plugin shows Codex ↻ ? and a red line instead of breaking.
• Checks: shellcheck 0.11.0 is clean (with the repo's .test.py exclusions). Running .test.py on the file shows only the "missing recommended metadata for image" warning. Output above is from a real run on macOS.
