Feature request: Try spot instance and fallback to on-demand

The description should say it all. If the request to run a spot instance fails because of insufficient capacity it should fall back to requesting an on-demand instance. Something like market-type: try-spot.

Sorry for the very late reply. Anyone who wants to update the documentation with the gist I created is welcome. It might need a bit of re-work to get the image since it is targeting a Ubuntu image instead of something more generic.
