Two fixed question banks are run against the public homepage agent by automated callers; over 2026-09-04..11 they were two thirds of sessions in which the caller spoke. Their opening lines are known, so a new behavior matches the first three final transcripts, normalized to lowercase alphanumerics, against the 40 most frequent lines and deletes the room on a hit. Backtested on that window: 94% of scripted sessions disconnected, one human session matched and it was itself a bank line. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

…e log field Address the review on #7297. A final STT transcript is a segment, not a turn: Deepgram can finalize one utterance as several segments, so a split bank question never equalled a stored line and the segments used up the three-turn budget. The guard now listens for the user message the session commits to the chat context at end of turn, which carries the whole utterance, and ignores assistant and handoff items. Disconnect scripted callers from a list of commonly asked scripted questions. This will cover 95%+ of bots that connect to the homepage without touching any of the human sessions.
