Refs #7382. This adds diagnostics. It does not change which accounts can log in.
When Antigravity login cannot discover a Cloud Code Assist project, every cause produced the same message: an HTTP refusal from loadCodeAssist or onboardUser, malformed JSON, an unexpected root type, unfinished onboarding, onboarding that finished with an error, or a finished response with no recognizable project. That is why the issue could not tell which response shape was missing.
The failed login now appends a sanitized summary for each discovery stage that answered. Example (loadCodeAssist returned an object with no project, onboarding returned 403):
Antigravity login could not discover a Cloud Code Assist project for this account. Ensure the account has Antigravity/Cloud Code Assist access and try again. Discovery: {"stage":"loadCodeAssist","status":200,"root":"object","outcome":"no-project","done":"absent","error":"absent","projects":{"cloudaicompanionProject":"absent","projectId":"absent","project":"absent"},"response":{...}}; {"stage":"onboardUser","status":403,"root":"unparseable","outcome":"http-refusal",...}
The summary contains only fixed categories: the stage, the numeric HTTP status, the root type, the outcome, whether done and error are present, and the value type of the three project keys the parser already accepts. It never includes values, tokens, headers, project or account IDs, operation names, upstream error text, or arbitrary upstream key names.
A dedicated AntigravityProjectDiscoveryError holds only those sanitizer outputs. publicOAuthAuthenticationErrorMessage passes its text through, so the CLI, background login settlement, management status and dashboard all show it. Every other OAuth error keeps the generic public text.
A JSON null onboarding body now ends polling with no project after its single poll instead of throwing on data.done, so it also reaches the diagnostic error.
Unchanged: login still requires a discovered project and persists nothing without one. Import result codes, the account-bound projectId fallback, tier handling, cancellation, and request and poll budgets are also unchanged.
Verification
Focused files ran with OCX_TEST_NO_QUEUE=1 because the host's shared test queue was saturated by other lanes.

Walkthrough
Antigravity OAuth now records sanitized response diagnostics during project discovery. If discovery does not find a project, public login reporting includes those diagnostics. A parsed JSON null onboarding response now returns no project instead of causing a TypeError.
The diagnostic function reports response status, root category, onboarding state, error presence, and types for known project fields. The error class retains the latest sanitized summary for each discovery stage.
Capture diagnostics during project discovery src/oauth/google-antigravity.ts, tests/adapters/google/google-antigravity-oauth.test.ts
Project loading and onboarding record response observations. OAuth token exchange passes diagnostics through discovery and throws the diagnostic error when no project ID is found. Tests cover response outcomes, data omission, polling, project-field shapes, and abort propagation.
Expose discovery errors in login reporting src/oauth/index.ts, tests/oauth/oauth-login-cli-errors.test.ts, docs-site/src/content/docs/guides/providers.md, structure/providers/anthropic-account-pool.md
The public OAuth mapper returns the diagnostic error’s public message. CLI and background-login tests check diagnostic reporting and hidden provider text. Documentation describes the reported fields and confirms that project discovery remains required.

Explanation
The title "fix(oauth): explain why Antigravity project discovery failed" matches the main change. The PR adds sanitized diagnostics that report why Cloud Code Assist project discovery failed during Antigravity login. The title is concise, specific, and follows the conventional commit style. It does not describe the import codes, budgets, or tier handling, which the PR says are unchanged, so it does not need to.

Explanation
Docstring coverage is 50.00% which is insufficient. The required threshold is 80.00%. Docstring coverage is scoped to functions touched by this diff with cyclomatic complexity of at least 2. Documentation-only edits and deletions within surviving functions are included; unchanged diff context and fully deleted functions are excluded. Analyzed 8 functions across 5 files.

A JSON null onboardUser body threw a TypeError on data.done. Without a
loadCodeAssist account that onboarding call has no catch, so the TypeError
replaced the recorded discovery error with generic OAuth text. Return no
project instead, keeping the existing one-poll budget.
