[Bug] unable to build HipBlas #2107

Git commit

I've installed rocminfo 6.0.0-1 on Ubuntu 24.04.5. However, at the step below from the build guide, I consistently fail with first a warning of OpenMP not found and next a failure to find ROCm root directory even though I've tried installing libomp1-19-dev, libomp1-20-dev, libgomp1, and lib64gomp1 in turn.

Am I missing some steps to install ROCm tools properly?

1. Export the ${GFX_NAME} for the build step.
2. Run the cmake .. line above.

• GPU is AMD Radeon 760M Graphics
• CPU is AMD Ryzen 5 7640U
• Total RAM is 16GB
• Total VRAM is 512MB as per glxinfo
