Acceptance criteria

• Numerical threshold rules use structured timestamped market data with symbol, venue, units, source, and freshness; screenshots support qualitative chart discussion only.
• Initial integration uses synthetic/replay data until a user-selected data provider and redistribution terms are approved.
• Paper proposal includes assumptions, data timestamp, risk inputs, and explicit paper label; no broker credentials or live order endpoint exists.
• Paper ledger acknowledges simulation limits and stale/out-of-session/missing data cannot trigger a fresh numerical condition.

Verification

• Deterministic replay with out-of-order ticks, duplicates, stale prices, symbol/venue mismatch, unit errors, and market-session boundaries.
• Threshold crossing produces one paper event; screenshot OCR price alone never qualifies.
• Source inspection and network test prove no live order route is exposed.

Gate and estimate

G4t: numeric alert and paper-proposal behavior is verified; live execution remains out of scope.
