User FileRoot only accepts absolute path #172

It seems like the main config.yaml FileRoot field allows for a relative path, but for user accounts, if you want to give each user a different directory, you need to specify an absolute path in the FileRoot field. It would be nice if it behaved like the one in the main config file, and it accepted relative paths (from the config dir)
